Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Clearance, Cosmetics, Home Goods, Swimsuits, Lingerie, Hair Products, Hosiery & Socks, Gloves, Seasonal, Custom Items, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Sunglasses, items purchased at Special Events and Expos are all FINAL SALE.
* Please note all items purchased at Special events and Expos such as Viva Las Vegas, Dapper Day, and other Vending Locations are FINAL SALE.
If you have purchased an item that you are unhappy with or doesn't fit, please contact us within 72 hours (3-days) of receiving your order. Once you have contacted us with your Returns claim we will process a Return Authorization Number and contact you once we have approved your return. Once you have received a Return Authorization Number you have a total of 14 days to mail the item back to us. (International Returns will be determined based on Country) Items being sent back to Bewitched Wicker must be placed in a Plastic bag and Proper Box or Postal Grade Envelope. Items must be returned in the exact way the item was originally sold. With proper packing slips, Tags, packaging, and care. And without signs of use, wear, perfume, smoke, animal hair, stains, and tears.
Approved Returns will be issued a Bewitched Wicker store credit or an even exchange. We do not offer refunds or credit card reversals. All Returns and exchanges must be approved by Bewitched Wicker Management. To request a return or exchange, please email us email@example.com with "Return" in the subject line.
Returns will not be approved on Final Sale items and for orders past the 14 Day window. All Returns may be subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us safely and quickly. (We recommend using USPS Priority Mail)
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or style, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Damaged Items are Case by Case.
If you receive an items that is damaged or defective please notify us within 72 hours (3-days) of order delivery. We will contact you immediately and resolve the issue.
